Farewell

Howdy y'all.
Now, I promised Enesti that I wouldn't post any more posts that would make her cry, so I'll try to make this upbeat.

Anyways, I am currently in a McDonald's. Why? Because they have free internet.
And surprisingly good berry smoothies...

Anyways, this McDonald's happens to be very close to the Sydney Airport, and my hotel.
That's right, folks. I'm leaving. Now.

All five of us had a massive blow-out sleep over (during which Zara was dared to write that post about lighting, btw.) and the number of friendship bracelets on my wrist more than doubled. Thanks, guys.

So, today during lunch I walked into Lyneham for the last time and said good-bye. (I would describe my emotions but A. this is the internet, and B. I promised not to make Enesti cry, and I really don't want to make her cry.)

So... yeah that's all I did today. Tomorrow I'm getting on a plane to go Up There.

Lights Should Be On The Ceiling

Hi Everyone,

When you are putting lights into a room, any room, I personally think that they should be installed on the ceiling, not the walls. There's a bunch of reasons for this.

First of all, when you put lights on the wall a single one generally isn't enough to light up the average room. Whereas if you put them on the ceiling, one does the job. My room is an excellent example of this.

This brings me to my second reason, if you are putting more than one light in your room, it's going to use more energy, meaning your environmental impact will increase and so will your power bill. And from what I hear power is quite pricey at the moment. Do you really want more bills?

Another reason is that one light on the ceiling takes up less space that two or three on the walls. If you are anything like me, you have lots of posters and stuff on your walls. If you put lights on your walls, it cuts back your hanging space. It also could be a fire hazard if your poster gets to close to the globe.

My next reason is really quite a matter of personal opinion, lights on walls look silly in my mind. They are quite often not very nice lights, if you have lights on the ceiling, how often are you going to have to look at them. Also, lights on walls have a habit of making me see coloured spots, which is just plain annoying.

So really, keep your lights on the ceiling, where they belong because otherwise they'll just get in that way and cost you extra money that could be spent on books.

Pineapple And Banana Dust

Hello Everyone,

It's me again. Yes, it would seem I do not do anything with my life... Wait, that's a lie. I do heaps of interesting stuff with my life, I just can't tell you about it because you smell like pineapple and banana dust. Ok, so you probably don't smell like that but I'm bored.

So, today and yesterday were pretty cool for me, of you knew who I was, you would know why. Yeah....

YAY!! Invading Nira's today. In over an hour. I'm ready to go but I can't go anywhere because my dad has to drop me off. He's playing Wolfenstein or something on xbox. If he wasn't playing I might have played Guitar Hero.

Actually, I am going to play real guitar, see you lot later.

Howdy y'all.

This new blogger format is tripping me out. Just saying.

Anyways, today is a momentous day for a number of reasons. Firstly, this is my last routinely scheduled blog Down Under. That's right. I'm leaving for Up There on Tuesday. I'll probably type at you some more after today, but it's the last Friday with Rosie when I am in the same hemisphere as the other authors.

I should also mention that my absence will make it sort of obvious who I am IRL (If it wasn't already obvious.) So again, just be nice and let us get on with pretending that we're anonymous.

Back to Reasons Why Today Is Momentous.  Reason #2:
Because of my aforementioned impending departure, and the reason why I'm blogging to early in the day, all five of us are going to get together and do crazy stuff.

But I'd like to take this Momentous Occasion as an opportunity to thank all of the other authors.

Thank you guys for accepting me.
Thank you guys for teaching me about dedication and making me believe in Best Friends Forever.

I Am A Ninja

Yeah, I have not had enough sleep. But I really do look like a ninja, or at least I do in my sleep deprived mind. Black full length leggings and a black long sleeve shirt do that to a person. However I have tartan toes and heels because of my socks.

Yes, I got up early for ANZAC Day. It was worth it.

I don't know who carries around a flashlight... Sorry listening to something as I write to you guys.

I'm avoiding moving or writing fanfic with Enesti at the moment but now it's time for lunch, PUMPKIN SOUP, so I need to put my scarf and cardigan away before I get fed.

Please Don't Be as Cold as Yesterday

Hey hey

It's ANZAC day, I respect the sacrifice that people have made for our country, but that isn't what this post is about.

OI AUTHORS! Zara and I have been trying to find a day, time, and venue for our party/group get together. But it's hard when authors are away. Thank you to Rose who has been giving us her thoughts as well. but Hazel and Nira, we need help from you. A lot of help.

So, the plan is to do something all together.... YAY! .... But lets ALL be contactable first.

This new look for blogger is messing my brain up. Everything is weird and different. It took be ages to just find where the box for the title is... But I found it, so no ner ner  ing

IT WAS SO COLD YESTERDAY! I rode my bike a little, but then regretted it... I was so cold.

Anyway I must go, I have books to read, stories to write... movies to watch.

Why Is It So Cold?

I swear that there are dementors floating around at the moment because the weather is really quite nasty. Sure the sun is out but it's still freezing!

Not much is happening at the moment, it is holidays after all. Nira, Hazel and Rosie are all away and Enesti out somewhere. I was planning on riding to the library but it's a bit cold for that.

My brother and I are watching Beaconsfield. It's about the Tasmania miners who got trapped in 2006. It's really interesting. I am amazed that those two men lived through all of that. They were using explosives ten metres from where they were trapped, no one knew that they were there. And then they assumed they were dead. How they managed to survive is a mystery to me but I haven't seen it all yet so I'll get back to you about it.

The Sun Is Going Down

Hi Everyone

Just a random title there...

No one blogged yesterday because our system got thrown for a while and Rosie is in the middle of goodness knows where so I decided to blog.

It's my brother's birthday tomorrow, so there'll be cake. Today I went shopping for his present. I think he'll like it.

Excuse me for a moment, Nira and I are having a HUFFLEPARTY after she got sorted on Pottermore.

OK, I have to go and plan stuff.

Bass-Drum Belching and other stuff.

Howdy y’all.

So, in case you didn’t notice, I’m going back Up There in ten days. But before I go, I wanted to see more of Down Under.

And so here I am, a few kilometers away from Ayer’s Rock (Uluru. Whichever.) and I’m telling you the Internet is hard to find. So are bathrooms.

But what’s easy to find here are punctuation errors and, according to the sign I saw earlier today, “emu’s”
In case you didn’t notice, the sign mistakenly thought that the plural of EMU is EMU’S.

Back to Bass-Drum Belching.
So, if you’re not from Down Under, (though you probably are,) you might not have heard an emu. Emus make the strangest noise, like someone crawled inside a bass drum and burped.

In other news, I have seen so many marsupials recently; I think my brain might explode. Down Under is Weird.

I’m really going to miss it here.

Oh, one more thing. I had the most Potterheaded dream ever last night. The entire dream was me walking up to JK Rowling in a public place and bursting into tears trying to tell her how much Harry Potter means to me. I quite possibly have ‘Problems.’

Oh, and Authors, I get back late on Monday. My phone died and Internet here is EXPENSIVE and only available in the common room. I’ll contact y’all when I can, but don’t count on it.

So... I have a stomach ache... my leg is really sore and my eyes wont stay open very long...

But other than that... I'm pretty good. I have a lot of books to read, so I think I'll do that today. Maybe write some of my stories...

Hey Authors, please let me know when you are around so we can organise something... like a whole group thing. From what I've gathered... I think everyone is around late next week.

I am currently lying in bed, with the computer, in my pyjamas and books all around me... this is good.

Well I'm going to get back to reading and other stuff. Hope everyone is having a good holiday!

I am Lazy
The holidays have started and due to that I have become incredibly lazy. I have been sleeping until 11 and doing pretty much nothing every day.Yesterday I went shopping and got some new books. That is about the most exciting thing to happen to me.

Oh well, I have now blogged and you guys are compleatly court up with my life.

DEATH!! It feels like my eyes are close to it. They are really sore.

Man I am tired, so is Enesti. I assume Rose is. I have NO CLUE about the others.

My weekend was awesome and inspiring. I got up to hike to see the sun rise yesterday!! And today I had to get up at a decent hour. And I have to do the same tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday... yeah....

I wish I could tell you more about my weekend and week because both are really good, and I have big news but my identity always get in the way of this news. Why is that? Oh, maybe because you have really obvious exciting stuff. Gee, thanks voice in my head.

Ahahahahaha in my book there is the title Crossing. One of the sub headings is Wombat. Rose will get that. I also saw a Wombat St. That was entertaining.

Anyway, back to work for me.

Holidays have started!!!

Ok I apologise for not posting, but I've been busy. Like a number if the other authors I've been sick.

So as Hazel said, she and Rose came over after school yesterday. That was fun. But we didn't do much... We must all have a party before Rose leaves.

So Rose tells me that My Little Pony skips a week thus week, ITS OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Well... That's it I guess... Not much to say really...

I know I have not blogged it ages which is why I am blogging Now. The thing is that apart from me doing homework and school officially being over, I don't have much to blog about. Today after school  I went to Enesti's house with Rose and we had fun. Rose is leaving and it is making me depressed.

No Blog in Two Days?

Ok, so they have been busy. I'll admit that. So I'll just blog today so you get two in one day.

That and I am bored with waiting to leave. Yes, I am not at school. Do you have a problem with that?

So no songs today because we were told to lay off the youtube blogs. I could give a book review but I can't think of any at the moment besides ones the group are too familar with or ones that will tell you who I am.

This is really difficult. I might clean my desk in the hour before I leave. Or I could play mahjong on the computer....

MAHJONG IT IS!

I might as well do both.
