Ahem...
Hello, this is Zara
Hey hey It's Nesti
We have some news for you
Over to you Miss Zara
Why thank you Miss Enesti
My pleasure... the points?
Ah yes, Gryffindor remains unchanged on 65 points...
*polite clapping*
As does Slytherin on 75 points
Very well done
Now Hufflepuff has made an advance, earning 20 points, making the points total 200 points
It's incredible! *loud applause*
And Ravenclaw has managed to earn 35 points, meaning that they are now on 215 points, giving them the lead.
WOOO GO ME
A little big headed Enesti...
Sorry Zara
Would you like to do the honours Enesti?
Yes... Well... We have decided to cancel the House cup/Non bummer Summer
Because it caused many an argument and really, only Enesti and I were participating
Exactly, there were heated disagreements and it wasn't working as planned
So, Enesti and Ravenclaw win the cup. Congratulations
Yay I WIN!!! ner ner Sorry
Well, I suppose you're allowed to celebrate.
I vote that you win the Quiddtich cup though.
There was one of those on offer?
Well there is now. Most of your challenge things were physical
Ok...
So the Quiddtich cup goes to Zara and Hufflepuff
WOO
Congratulations
Thank you for that grand honour
Hehehe
So, Challenge called off because it was problematic. I also had an idea for a blogging roster...
Oh Yes... Inform us of this genius idea Zara
Well, there are seven days in a week
Wow Didnt know that
Enesti... And as there are four of us
Another amazing dicovery
I thought that we could all have an assigned day, on which to blog and then the other three days are on roster so you get one day off a month.
Genius Shotty not Monday! Can I do Wednesday?
Yes of course, that works well.
:D Yay!!!
So that is all the news I can thing of for now.
So, goodbye
Hey hey It's Nesti

Thrill Points #5: Boating in a Freezing Lake
My typing sucks today....
Anyway, last of the thrill points posts! Kayaking in a lake the size of Singapore, I am not lying, Lake Taupo is that big! And it's really cold and the bottom is covered in sharp rocks and volcanic sand. The lake is a crater created by a volcanic eruption and over many years has filled with water. The rocks there are special because they float! The New Zealand Iron Man is held there once a year and they all wear wet suits when swimming. I was just wearing normal swimmers... Anyway, I digress!
So, we were staying at my Uncle's wife's family's holiday house in Hatepe. Little tiny place on the lake shore Hatepe is. After we got back from Rotorua we went down to the "beach". There were my cousins with an inflatable boat. My brother and I had a turn, discovered we didn't know how to paddle and almost hit the outboard motor of another boat. That was fun... Then Junior (cousin) and I got into the boat and her dad pulled us around until my brother boat crashed and our uncle pulled us all in.
Anyway, later we remember that there are kayaks at the house (Tui Glen, don't ask). SO, my brother and I convince people to let us take them to the lake. Before I continue with the story let's called my brother Wallaby because he needs a name.... Moving on! I hadn't been kayaking in a while when we started out, Wallaby was determined to capsize and capsize he did! In water that he could stand up in, I was holding his paddle. I spent a lot of time just paddling around, we went out to a barrel maker, I went around one of the sticky out bits and discovered more beach and I even had an almost nap in my kayak. Then I got it into my head that sitting on the very back would be fun, which it was, until I fell off! I was throwing rocks at my uncle though....
So all in all boating and swimming in Lake Taupo is cool, in both ways... It was so much fun and I think that next time I get the chance I am definitely going kayaking again, but avoiding blisters on my hands!
So, my kayak was obviously the yellow and green one, my life jacket and paddle matched, Wallaby's is the blue and white one, his life jacket and paddle matched. And yes, in the last inflatable boat picture I am squirting my uncle with a fluro water gun, even though we are in a lake...
Do I get points for matching life jacket, paddle and kayak?

Points
So, Enesti actually did post about Christmas presents and I missed it when I was skimming over the blog. Ten points to her. She gets 20 for *censored musical* because she helped with it. And five for actually blogging.
Apparently, I'm getting ten points for each thing I blogged about yesterday, so that's forty in total. And five for this post.
Nira and Hazel haven't earned any points as they haven't blogged. Hazel is over seas though. Nira, WHY ARE YOU NOT BLOGGING!
So: Ravenclaw has 180 points because Enesti and I decided that forty points for room decorating was a bit too much.
Hufflepuff has 180 points.
Slytherin has 75 points
Gryffindor has 65 points
Now is the part of the blog where I go, holy cow! How did I get the same number as points as Enesti?? Please explain before my brain overloads!
Ok, so there you have it, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw tie breaker! I'm off to post about Kayaking in a freezing lake!

Pied Piper
Hey hey
This is going to be one of a few posts from me today....
So #1 - THE PIED PIPER!!!!!!
This was absolutely amazing and I had SO much fun. Please comment about points worth.
I was an assistant director!
The whole process of the show took 2 weeks. Day 1 the kids turned up and we played some games and did a few audition-y things. Over lunch the other directors and myself did the majority of casting. we then went back and played a few more games and stuff then over afternoon tea we fished casting. In the last hour or so of the day (3-4pm ish) we went over the plot and gave out people's scripts. ALL IN ONE DAY!!
For the next 4 days we blocked the entire show. We then had the weekend, then 2 days of dress rehearsal and finally 4 days of shows. We had 2 shows a day.
On the last day, my friend Ducky (previously mentioned in my posts) and 2 of my other really close friends, Kazoo and Myrtle, held a somewhat not really but still kinda surprise party for me with 2 harry potter cakes. THANKS GUYS!!!!
Phew, end of post 1.

Excuse while I die of TMBD
TMBD- Too Much Blogging Disorder. I have this, this is my fifth post for today, I am exhausted.
Ok, thrill points people,
In last place with 65 points is Gryffindor (Nira), you would have a heap more points if you blogged about your camp becuase each of those is worth 15 points per challenge.
In third place with 75 points is Slytherin (Hazel) same comment as Nira to you.
Ok, Enesti and I have the most but I have found a few faults in this. 1) That Christmas thing you organised, you were the only person who did it so I don't think you should get the ten points for creating the challenge, it's just fairer that way.I won't count them for now but in brackets I will put what happens if you had them 2)I did blog about my Christmas presents, do I get ten points for that or not because the rest of you haven't talked about them yet. I'm not counting those points for now (Again with the brackets thing) 3) I forgot about only one blog post a day earning you five points and just counted all of them.... so to save myself going back and counting again, those count now BUT if you plan on blogging with more than one post a day they have a purpose which is seen and recognised, i.e Thrill points. Enesti, that icecream truck one is counted but anything else like it won't be.
Hufflepuff (Me/Zara) has 125 but might have 135 if present points are counted. That 125 is counting this post. This is not an accuarate count as I don't know how many points I am getting from each challenge I have blogged about today.
Ravenclaw (Enesti) has 170 points but 180 if those points are not ignored for want of a better word.
Recap: Ravenclaw 170 (180 maybe)
Hufflepuff 125 (135 maybe) (Plus pending points from challenges)
Slytherin 75
Gryffindor 65
It looks like it'll be a battle between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff for the top spot and Slytherin and Gryffindor will be fighting each other for to stay out of last.
Good luck to all, I am not posting again today, I have no need and I'm actually going to sleep now. That's a lie really, I'm off to edit again.
Lots of Love and Luck from Zara.

Thrill Points #4: Tree Tops Thrills
Almost the last one. This is exhausting. After this I have to do a count of points so that we know who has what points. I'm fairly certain Gryffindor is coming last. Remember, you don't blog about what you did, there are NO points. There should be photos unless they were prohibited and you have proof that you went.
Back in Wellington, well just outside in a smaller city/town thing, there is a place called Adrenalin Forest. It's a high ropes course on the trees. The lowest level is 3 metres up at the highest point, the highest level is 31 metres at its highest point. You get a harness with two carabiners and a pulley and a pair of gloves. No helmets, you can get one but you don't need it.
After a short safety demonstration, you are free to start. I started at level 2 because there was a bunch of smaller children on level 1. At the lowest point level 2 is 3m and at the highest it's 7m. Level 2 was easy, it's nickname on the sign is "Adventure" There were barrels to slide through, monkey bridges, flying foxes, rope swings, Indiana jumps (Indiana Jones) and lots of cool stuff.
Then I moved onto level 3, called "Excitement" 4m low, 12m high. This level was a little scary because the "bridges", a wire to hold onto and a wire to walk on get longer and the challenges get harder and everything gets higher. One part of this level was a wire you walk across and you are attached to a rope, you hold onto this rope to keep your balance and pull the second rope in he other direction at you move along the wire. There was also one were you had to get across a gap using only stirrups attached to ropes, that was difficult.
Level 4 was called Thrill, that amused me. I'd like to point out that I skipped level 3a because there were too many people on it, I went back to it later. Level 4 freaked me out. 4m low, 21 METRE HIGH! And you didn't just stand still that high up, oh no, you had to get past logs and what not, I was within my rights to freak out, one person had to be rescued from that level. What did I do on this level? The longest monkey bridge I have ever since, massive flying foxes, I love flying foxes,, walked over see-saw logs, that was an experience, Jumped off stuff, travelled on a snowboard many metres in the air with no snow in sight, you know, normal stuff. At one point I was so freaked out that I literally had to talk myself through it, so I didn't lose my mind, scream and ask to be rescued, it worked. So, the highest I got was 21m and the highest level was "Thrill", funny no?
I went back to level 3a, it was perfect, the height was great and the challenges were challenging but fun. 4 to 15m in height, there was see-saw logs again, a flat net to walk across, a snowboard, rope bridges, crossed logs and the amazing Commando Flying Fox. Yes, I liked this level best, it was known as "Excitement+" which was fine by me.
Ok, so they aren't the best pictures but mum had a hard time because of the height. My brother got to the top level, 31m, got stuck on the 5th at one point because he was tangled butit's ok, he got untangled and we didn't leave him behind.
Now, for thrill point counting, guys, I need to know how many points each of these is worth.
Love Zara.
P.S BLOG YOU THREE, actually, Hazel, you are exempt, Nira and Enesti you are not.

Thrill Points #3: Hangi and Poi Dancing
Man, the Hangi was amazing. A hangi is a way of cooking food. Basically, you stick the food in a hole in the ground and it's cooked with steam because of all the geysers in NZ. Note that the geysers smell like a mixture of rotten eggs, old PE uniforms with a touch of public toilets... yes, it can be that bad. The food, however, is amazing. I tried some venison, that was interesting but I don't think I'll eat it again.
The best bit about the hangi wasn't the food it was the Maori show that was afterwards. There was traditional dances and songs. After a while they asked for female volunteers. I went up because I'm braver than my mum (HA Gryffindor, I am Brave and I'm "just a Badger"). I learnt how to Poi dance. Now, a poi is like a soft ball on a rope. You twirl it over your head, out to the side, in front of you, I think the professionals can twirl it behind them. You also have to be able to catch it. Here are the pictures!
Before we ate we met a Maori warrior, he was pretty cool.
In that last photo, my dad and brother are doing the haka. They seemed to enjoy it.
So a recap of why I think this is worth thrill points. 1) I ate deer for goodness sake 2)I got up and learnt a new dance and then performed it to a room full of strangers.
Let me know what you think.

Thrill Points #2: Let's Roll with the Ogo
Hello again,
I'm starting this one while the photos upload to the first one.
Besides the luge, my brother and I also went on this thing called the Ogo:
Yes, I was inside that plastic ball thing. So, we went up the hill in a car. Then the people who worked there put the "Ogo" on the starting thing. The Ogo is made of plastic. There is two spheres, one inside the other. Water is put in the inner sphere and then you climb in. My brother and I were in the same one. Then they zip up the flap thing and push you off. You roll down the hill, sliding around and getting soaked. It's a heap of fun.
So let me know about the points!
Love Zara.
P.S To the next post!

Thrill Points #1: Let's Luge
There will be many of these posts today. But before I start, I'm turning my music off repeat....
Ok, that problem out of the way, onwards. First lot of points comes from Luge!
So, when we were in NZ, we stayed in Rotorua overnight. One of the things we did was this:
First of all, you wait in line for a long time, then you get onto the gondolas, which take you all the way up the hill and you get this amazing view. Then you find a helmet which fits you (mine was too big) and then stand in line again. Then you finally get on the luges. If you are going on it for the first time you have to take the crash course in luging and go on the scenic route. This was no worry to me because I freak out when I try to do something like this for the first time. Once they deemed you capable you got a kiwi stamp on your hand and were sent off down the hill. It was so much fun but I fear I was going a little to slow. Once you reach the bottom you drag your luge into the waiting bay and stand in another line. In this line you wait to get on the chair lift. Each chair lift carries two people and two luges. The chair lift was cool but woe be tidy if you took your helmet off. Anyway once we got back to the top we lined up in the non-beginners line because we had paid for two rides. This time I went down the intermediate route with my mum and my brother and dad went down the advanced route, no surprises there. This route was even better than the last one and I went faster. There was an almost drop which was awesome. Once at the bottom we got back on the chairlift and rode back up to the top. Then we got back on the gondolas and went back to the bottom.
Luging is heaps of fun and you should try it. The luges there are different because they have handlebars and are easier to control than the ones here ( in Canberra).
So, how many points here? Can I count the luge and chairlift separately? (Why do I doubt that?). Comment and let me know.
Love Zara

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ENESTI!! Yes, it is midnight now. I'll tell you my secret upon your return. Have a song.
You get a present too but it might not actually have been bought yet... BUT!! I'm being paid today/tomorrow so I will get it. PROMISE!! You'll like it heaps.
As your "blog" present, I fixed the time stamp on our blog, so when this says midnight it means midnight. I'm actually asleep when this goes live, so enjoy.
Have a great birthday Beautiful, have fun at the HP exhibition and I can't wait to hear all about it.
Lots of Love (To Enesti especially) Zara.
P.S Seriously though, check the time stamp. It took ages.

Here I am
Hi guys,
Enesti, here is that promised post. Sorry I didn't do it yesterday, I was watching Glee with Rody (my little brother) and then my grandpa turned up and we went out.
Anywho, I've been on a camp with Hazel for a week last week. We did heaps of cool stuffs like caving, horse riding, high ropes, canoeing, hiking, archery, whip cracking and bush cooking. Hazel, would you like to do an individual blog on each of thse?
Nesti, Zara, do we get house points for colouring our nails in our house colours?
I got to go now and watch more Glee (I'm feeling Glee deprived).
Nira out.

Afternoon Conversations
Hey hey
Ok so at lunch break today (in between our 2 opening shows of the Pied Piper) I had a really interesting conversation with my friend Chutney. We were discussing our views on Christianity and the prospect of heaven the conversation went for ages and we continued after lunch backstage. It was really interesting to hear other people add their views as well. He then picked the subject back up after the second show and there was a bunch of us all debating about the logic of a heaven like after life. One of the coolest conversations ever.
Shout out to Ducky! Hey! So glad you read this. :D
Why is everyone saying that they have surprises for me... but don't tell me what it is. I know my birthday is coming up (5 days) but... seriously! I don't like surprises!
Nira, what happened to that promised post?
I had something else to say but I forgot.... oh well

Well, This Simply Is Not Cricket
Hello,
While I am finding it difficult to figure out my percent of posting because I fear I am two posts short, I must say it is simply not cricket. I write a quite often here and quite often on my personal blog, Miss Enesti. So you may have written 44% of the blog but I have put so many hours into this I lost count. Redoing the whole design takes at least an hour on it's own. The reason you can write on this page, get emails about comments, the weird colours, the very reason this blog runs is sitting at her computer typing away. Hello Blog World, this is Zara speaking, please do not post the percent of writing you do for the blog because I worry if I do enough and I think that the other authors might get the same feeling.
Anyway, now for messages:
Nira: Yay!! I expect that post tomorrow. I hope your summer is good and by the sounds of it, it has been so far.
Enesti: Good luck with *censored musical*. I know that it's going to be awesome and I'm sorry I can't come to see it. We'll see you soon. I hope you like surprises!
Hazel: Why are you not responding to our messages? We are really worried about you. Please talk to us. And if you don't feel like it, just post here saying "Hello, Stop annoying me". Please. Have fun in Thailand honey.
Ok, I'm off to watch the animal program now.
Remember, this year is OUR year.
Lots of Love Zara

My birthday is in 6 days, and in 3 days a good friend of mine, Ducky, is making me a cake... but she won't tell me what the cake will look like.
Fact about Enesti: I don't like surprises!!!!!
Anyway, I am off to make button bouquets with my mother. BYE!!

YOUR CAT IS ON FIRE
Hello,
Today my insane friend, let's call her Strider, were playing Sleeping Queens.. We got bored (as ususal) and decided to pair of the queens and kings, the only problem was that there are less Kings then Queens. We had the Fire King left. Strider"Which sounds better, Pancakes on fire, Roses on fire, Sunflowers on fire or Cats on fire?" Me "WOAH THIS CAT IS ON FIRE" We then proceeded to re write the whole song. So here is for your entertainment. ENJOY
Stop what you're doing
Don't light that match
I know they're watching
They're watching
All the commotion
the cat is lit up
Has people screaming
yelling
OHH,
Your cat is on fire
The dark of the alley
The break of the day
Smoke while it's burning
It's burning
Its fur is alight
Firemen been called
Looks like it's frying
it's frying
YOUR CAT IS ON FIRE
Better find a fire hydrant
Hot as a fever
A yowling cat
I could just taste it
Taste it
Fried cat is delicious
with french fries and sauce
Oh it's still the greatest
The greatest
The greatest
You,
Your cat is on fire
Your cat is on fire
You better go and get a hose
And you,
Your car is on fire
Thank Goodness it's started to rain
(No cats were harmed in the making of this song)
I did enjoy my afternoon.
See you later.

So, that's me. Your turn girls.

*Celebrating*
Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year and all that jazz. Not excited about that because... WE HAVE OVER 50 POSTS HERE!! Well done girls, thanks to those who have blogged recently (in the 4 weeks) (Yes, Nira, take a hint). Can you believe we started this because of a chemical fire? When we were all young and innocent, ok maybe not innocent but more so.
I'd like to say some stuff now.
Thanks to Enesti for coming up with the idea. Thanks to Nira for agreeing with her. Thanks to Hazel for coming in on the plan a little later and starting a whole new email account just to be a part of this. Thanks to all the people who read this for just putting up with us. Thanks to the few non-authors who have commented. Thanks to blogger for hosting this. And special thanks to our families who put up with their daughters spending time writing the life out for the world and the typing in the lounge room. And to my mum and brother who let me freak out whenever this is having issues because it's not letting some of my authors post or do anything, Dad, you too but you weren't at home that day.
Anyway, I have been away for two weeks in New Zealand, I got back yesterday. It was a tonne of fun and I think I did well on the Thrill Front (21 metres off the ground :) ) I'll blog about them soon. The weather was foul when I got there and when I left but the rest of the time it was pretty good. I saw my beautiful cousins, Junior and Bat for the 4th and 3rd times respectively. (Junior is girl, it's part of a nickname, Bat is a boy, also a nickname). And I met my gorgeous step cousins for the first time. They are half Japanese twins and let's nickname the girl Cat (she likes the word) and the boy Car (he likes those). They are the sweetest kids and Cat just loved to give me cuddles. we also saw my amazing Grandma, my step Grandad, my uncle and aunt and my step uncle and aunt. So many family members.
Tomorrow my Grandpa and his partner get here. And after that I will have seen everyone in my family except for one step aunt these holidays. I'm also going on a camp next weekend to Nowra with the girls from my youth group, 3 days of awesome. Unfortunately, the awesome girls from here aren't coming. But after that I promise I am staying in Canberra. As far as I know that is.
Anyway, I'm going to create a question thingy for the authors of this so you know who you are dealing with this year. Girls, answer or else...
Messages: Nira : Either you have a death wish or you hit your head in a cave, blog or you will never see Mango or Albert again, EVER!!
Hazel: Hope your better from that cold, had fun on camp, thanks for blogging and have a blast in Thailand honey.
Enesti: Good job on the blogging. Good luck with the Piper and read the books I lent you.
Ok, that's all folks. Stay Beautiful, love many, trust few and paddle your own canoe, have a good year.
Love Zara
P.S Stay tuned for questions. Thinking of making it a dare.

Hey all,
Hazel Here,
I have just gotten back from camp an I had loads of fun. I want horse riding and did high ropes, hiking, canoing(crappy spelling), bush cooking, archery and wips, caving and a whole bunch of other things. I have know idea how many points that is worth and due to the fact that we were not alowed ipods, phones or cameras on the camp I have no pictures. I thought that Zara and Enesti could decide how many points that was worth. Nira did all the things that I did.
I don't know when I will post again,
So...
Peace Out

Holidays
Hey all,
I am at home in bed sick. How the he'll do you get the flu and a cold in summer. Oh well. I had a really cool Christmas with my entire extended family, fitting 120 people in 1 house is really hard. I got lots of cool presents but I will not list them. I am about to start working a holiday job for a few days and then I am going to Nira's and then we are going on camp. I am so pumped. OMG, I am really excited because on the 21st of Jan I am going to Thailand. I will try to blog from there but don't know if I will have wifi. If I don't then I will blog after I get back in the 3rd of Feb.
There is not much else to say so,
Peace Out
