Howdy, y'all!
Today was Picture Day. The day in which girls wear too much makeup and boys actually brush their hair for once. (With plenty of exceptions.)
The camera man doesn't care what your name is. He always calls you Mary or Belinda or Susan if you're a girl. There's a list of boy's names too but I didn't pay much attention to that. I think there's Frank and Joseph and a few more. Today, I was Belinda. Just reading that name makes me feel like I'm referring to a Broadway actress from the 80's or something. With a fluffy poodle hairdo.
Today, I made the acquaintance of a rubber chicken. His name is Phil. He is blue and pink and he probably broke his spine today when I stomped on him. I also learned that the Beep test has twenty-one levels.
Everyone has recently become obsessed with a song called "Harry Potter in 99 seconds." They sing it all the time. I don't think I've caught on yet, but I'm working on it. I've had the tune of "Double double toil and trouble" from the third movie stuck in my head since Lunch.
In other news, I am on chapter 39 of The Hogwarts Blog. It's addictive.
An update on the whole name/identity thing: Hopefully, it's all over. Please continue to be considerate of our privacy/comfort.
