Hi all,

I had a list of things I was going to blog about today. but the list in my bag.
Little Zara: Well then go get it out of your bag.
Fine... *goes to school bag and gets out list*

*Clears throat* First on the list... according to a particular teacher at our school we (Hazel, 'Nesti, Zara and I) are Not good. Not good with a capital N. I then told said teacher that my name has a capital N in it. Lots of laughs.

Next up is... Necklace cam (Na na, na na, na na, na na, na na, na na, na na, na na, necklace cam!). Our school social is on this week and Hazel can't come. So we thought we should attach a mini camera onto someones necklace so that the social could be filmed for Hazel. Then I was all like 'It would be so funny if whoever was wearing the necklace cam starting making out with someone'. But honestly it would be pretty funny.

Lastly on my little list... we had an awesome air instrument jam session during lunch. Zara was on electric guitar, Hazel on the keyboard, Enesti on the bass guitar and I was on the drums. It went something like this:

E. guitar: (Improv)
Keyboard: Dut Duuuu, Dut Duuuu
Bass guitar: Dum Dum Dum Du Du, Dum Dum Dum Du Du
Drums: Dum Ch, Dum Ch, Dum Ch, Dum Ch, (Awesome drum solo)

And then later to day I made a guy friend! (If you don't know what that is, it's a friend who is a guy, not a boyfriend). Yeh, so I'm really happy.

Scenarios and Headaches

Hey hey

So, last night I was finding it hard to sleep so my mind made a weird scenario....

I was walking down one of the corridors at school when suddenly M.R showed up. They were all
"Hey 'Nesti. How's it hangin'?" this was weird cause M.R doesn't talk to me much. So I replied
"Hey, M.R. It's hanging alright... How's life?"
"Pretty chill."
"That's good."
"Yeah, it is. Cya." M.R then disappeared and I found myself next to my English classroom.
A fellow classmate, Quaver, was standing in the middle of the room holding a dozen roses... not for me.
I was then on a cruise boat with M.R and he was tangoing with a watermelon. I was SO confused. Turned around and I was performing at eisteddfod, but I was playing a harmonica, while wearing a bola hat.
I was awarded silver for my performance and the scenario ended.

So confused, and very weirded out.

Thrice Accurst Finals

Howdy y'all.
Finals suck. Trigonometry sucks. So do imaginary numbers and logarithms. I had to complain to someone, but everyone else is asleep like rational students who aren't going to be sleep deprived tomorrow morning when they're taking their maths final. So I shall vent to y'all (while slacking off practicing applied trig.)

In my brain, Zara is yelling at me to 'get a move on, missy!'
And I tell her 'but if I don't do this I'll have a mental breakdown'
And Zara says "keep studying, or I'll slap you!"
Because Zara knows that studying is a good thing.
Meanwhile, Enesti is calling me an overachiever and helping me calm down, Nira is distracting me with some awesome thing that she wrote/read/found, and Hazel is commiserating with me while also distracting me with some hilarious anecdote. Thanks for wishing me luck, yall.
Now, I must go cram. *headdesk*

I did try to blog yesterday but blogger crashed on my ipod every time.

This week is a busy week for us down under girls. Eisteddfod, school, work, BBQ, you name it, I'm fairly certain one of us is doing it.

I think I'm getting sick but I REFUSE to let it get me properly until after Eisteddfod. Stupid sore throat.

Not much else to report, I got some exciting stuff in the mail today but I'll save that for another day when I'm not busy.

Hi,

Today... I did nothing. It was quite boring. So boring in fact that my mind wandered. It wandered and wandered until it eventually got to the seaside. Then it spun around once and WHAM it was in it's swimmers (they were very nice, I might add. I'm jealous). So, in the middle of the day, there was my mind, at the beach in swimmers. From there it proceeded to chase the rabbit from 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' down the rabbit hole. Then... OH NO!!! It's now my bed time. I must away! Goodbye, fair readers. Maybe if you're good, I'll tell you the rest of the story of what my mind did today. Maybe.

What A Day.

Howdy y'all.
I've been having a crazy day. Today, my school was celebrating a science teacher who is leaving next year. So we all dressed up like him. Everyone wore black-rimmed hipster glasses and bike-related t-shirts. I'm really going to miss him, he was a great teacher.

The best news I've got all day, however, was that I might be able to go to Israel/Palestine next summer and go on an archeological dig. Oh. My. Gods. You. Guys. It's like a frigging dream come true.

I'm also stressing out about finals, but there's really no way for me to prepare. It's not like I have notes to study. I wasn't here to take them. Some of the finals, I won't be able to sit. But I'm still stressed out.

Prom is tomorrow. I will be going to a friend's house to do homework and watch comedy central.

Also, my roll call teacher is obsessed with "Call Me Maybe." *barfs*

Oh Hai There.

Howdy y'all.
I totally forgot it way my day to blog until just now. An unexpected piece of awesome in my day!
So, 3 of 5 authors did not blog this week. Come on, people. (Admittedly, Enesti has a very valid excuse.) But Nira and Hazel, come on guys. I miss you! I want to hear about your days! Please pretty please try harder next week? I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, other than missing you guys, this week has been busy. I went on no less than TWO excursions this week. One was for SOSE and one was for Science. They were both pretty cool.
This weekend is even more busy. Tomorrow I'm volunteering to help at this fundraiser/concert my school's doing. It's called the Great Extravaganza and it's gonna be awesome. The next day, I have a horse show. (!!!!!!) On Monday, I get on a bus and drive to Wisconsin to visit this Organic Farm for 2 days and 1 night. My school goes there twice a year: Once in the spring to plant, and once in the autumn to harvest. This will be our planting trip.

While we're there, we'll have various activities. One of which is the "Advisory Cup Challenge" where all the home groups compete against each other in a bunch of games. My homeroom chose Slytherin colours for our banner. Another game is our version of "Who wants to be a millionaire": "Who wants to be a mythical creature?" All the students wrote down a question. Mine was:

"Where did Rose live for most of last year?"

Unfortunately, I think it will be a hard question.

Hi Guys,

Just being silly there. I haven't really got much to say. Sorry that I didn't blog yesterday. I completely forgot and realised this morning when I woke up and I freaked out. So I'm blogging today. Even if I had remembered yesterday, I probably would have blogged today because Enesti is away for the night.

So, we revised the rules a little so we can about our lives a bit more. So let's play what's Zara up to this week!

Ok, I'm running in the cross country carnival tomorrow and I have to go to LPAC before AND after school, for two reasons. Jazz and musical.

I have swimming on Friday. And on Saturday, with any luck, my Dad will give me another driving lesson. I got my Ls in the second week of the holidays so I'm ok at driving now, right turns are still going to be the death of me.

In other news, not much is happening. I drew a German bear, I did my homework and I think I should get back to it.

Howdy y'all.
Suddenly, my roles have reversed. I am no longer the girl from Up There living Down Under. Now, I'm the Down Under expert living Up Here. I get many requests to do my Down Under accent. (I am sorry to say I usually disappoint them.) Anyways, I feel like I should be saying "G'day Mates" instead of 'Howdy Y'all."

I've started school again and I've been to my stables twice. In fact, I just got back from my stables, and all I can think about is HORSE HORSE HORSE HORSE HORSE. One horse you will hear mentioned over and over again is a horse we shall call Speedy. (If I have an alias, I thought I'd better give him one, too.) He's currently lame (as in unable to be ridden) but hopefully he will get better soon.

Also, HAPPY STAR WARS DAY!!!!!! May the fourth be with you! 

In other news, I am permanently scarred. In my SOSE class we watched Hotel Rwanda about the genocide that happened there a couple decades ago. It was horrifying, but very well done. I recommend it, unless you are squeamish. There are guns, dead bodies, and all that horrible stuff. Of course, the reality must have been even worse. I won't pretend to relate. But it was a good movie.

I miss everyone Down Under! I hope you're all having a great time.

Why Did This Day Come?

Hi Everyone

It's the first of May. Normally to me the first of May is nothing special, just a day to avoid people who try to punch you. But today is/was not a normal May 1st now was it?

Today dear Rose left us to return home to Up Above. I may or may not have been texting her from about 7 this morning until about 9...

I, for one, miss her already and I'm fairly certain that the others do too.

Rose:
You introduced us to MLP.
Got us reading John Green books and Divergent.
Made me watch the Vlogbrothers.
Reminded us to be awesome.

I hope you enjoyed visiting Down Under and had as much fun around us as we had around you. Have fun back Up Above/There/Whatever we are calling it now.

And I could say more but I won't make Enesti cry, even though she and Hazel are out at the moment.
