so you know how most people have the little angel and the little devil that live on their shoulder? The ones that get into fist-fights all the time? Yeh. Well I used to have them but I don't any more. Now I have a little Zara (the angel) and a little Enesti (the devil). Their fights don't involve fists but... oh look. They're at it now.

Oh Hai There.

Howdy y'all.
I totally forgot it way my day to blog until just now. An unexpected piece of awesome in my day!
So, 3 of 5 authors did not blog this week. Come on, people. (Admittedly, Enesti has a very valid excuse.) But Nira and Hazel, come on guys. I miss you! I want to hear about your days! Please pretty please try harder next week? I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, other than missing you guys, this week has been busy. I went on no less than TWO excursions this week. One was for SOSE and one was for Science. They were both pretty cool.
This weekend is even more busy. Tomorrow I'm volunteering to help at this fundraiser/concert my school's doing. It's called the Great Extravaganza and it's gonna be awesome. The next day, I have a horse show. (!!!!!!) On Monday, I get on a bus and drive to Wisconsin to visit this Organic Farm for 2 days and 1 night. My school goes there twice a year: Once in the spring to plant, and once in the autumn to harvest. This will be our planting trip.

While we're there, we'll have various activities. One of which is the "Advisory Cup Challenge" where all the home groups compete against each other in a bunch of games. My homeroom chose Slytherin colours for our banner. Another game is our version of "Who wants to be a millionaire": "Who wants to be a mythical creature?" All the students wrote down a question. Mine was:

"Where did Rose live for most of last year?"

Unfortunately, I think it will be a hard question.

Hi Guys,

Just being silly there. I haven't really got much to say. Sorry that I didn't blog yesterday. I completely forgot and realised this morning when I woke up and I freaked out. So I'm blogging today. Even if I had remembered yesterday, I probably would have blogged today because Enesti is away for the night.

So, we revised the rules a little so we can about our lives a bit more. So let's play what's Zara up to this week!

Ok, I'm running in the cross country carnival tomorrow and I have to go to LPAC before AND after school, for two reasons. Jazz and musical.

I have swimming on Friday. And on Saturday, with any luck, my Dad will give me another driving lesson. I got my Ls in the second week of the holidays so I'm ok at driving now, right turns are still going to be the death of me.

In other news, not much is happening. I drew a German bear, I did my homework and I think I should get back to it.

Howdy y'all.
Suddenly, my roles have reversed. I am no longer the girl from Up There living Down Under. Now, I'm the Down Under expert living Up Here. I get many requests to do my Down Under accent. (I am sorry to say I usually disappoint them.) Anyways, I feel like I should be saying "G'day Mates" instead of 'Howdy Y'all."

I've started school again and I've been to my stables twice. In fact, I just got back from my stables, and all I can think about is HORSE HORSE HORSE HORSE HORSE. One horse you will hear mentioned over and over again is a horse we shall call Speedy. (If I have an alias, I thought I'd better give him one, too.) He's currently lame (as in unable to be ridden) but hopefully he will get better soon.

Also, HAPPY STAR WARS DAY!!!!!! May the fourth be with you! 

In other news, I am permanently scarred. In my SOSE class we watched Hotel Rwanda about the genocide that happened there a couple decades ago. It was horrifying, but very well done. I recommend it, unless you are squeamish. There are guns, dead bodies, and all that horrible stuff. Of course, the reality must have been even worse. I won't pretend to relate. But it was a good movie.

I miss everyone Down Under! I hope you're all having a great time.

Rose, wow, when I opened the tab to write this it was first titled 'Good bye, Good friend' but I changed it for a number of reasons. A couple I will address a bit later.
1) I had quite a few things to address in this post.
2) Good Friend wasn't enough I needed to express how much you mean to me and the other authors.
3) I thought I'd address something in your post.

So right... You know how people say it's good luck if a bird craps on you? Well all you superstitious people, I have a few questions.
If a bird craps on someone 3 times and their school bag once they SHOULD have a decent amount of good luck coming their way. WELL, since Monday, the day of this event(s) NO good luck has come my way. Rose has left, Nira is sick, teachers are yelling at everyone...
So superstitious people.... EXPLAIN THAT!!!

Why Did This Day Come?

Hi Everyone

It's the first of May. Normally to me the first of May is nothing special, just a day to avoid people who try to punch you. But today is/was not a normal May 1st now was it?

Today dear Rose left us to return home to Up Above. I may or may not have been texting her from about 7 this morning until about 9...

I, for one, miss her already and I'm fairly certain that the others do too.

Rose:
You introduced us to MLP.
Got us reading John Green books and Divergent.
Made me watch the Vlogbrothers.
Reminded us to be awesome.

I hope you enjoyed visiting Down Under and had as much fun around us as we had around you. Have fun back Up Above/There/Whatever we are calling it now.

And I could say more but I won't make Enesti cry, even though she and Hazel are out at the moment.
