The four corners of the world

Howdy y'all.

So, I just finished reading a LONG email that Zara sent me from FREAKING FRANCE. Since the email was probably over a thousand words long, she asked me to blog for her so she wouldn't have to type it all up again.

So, Zara arrived in Paris and saw all the sights: The Eiffel Tower (at night!) and Notre Dame (so jealous) and the Louvre. She was unimpressed with the Mona Lisa, and I totally know what she means. The whole painting's about as big as an unfolded newspaper.

She is now safely settled in her temporary home. Her host family is nice, and her French is improving by the minute. School is hard, but she's having an awesome time.

WE MISS YOU ZARA! (I mean, I miss you about as much as I missed you before, but you're just having cooler adventures now.)

As for me, I'm enjoying the snow. Speedy (My horse, in case you forgot) is really improving. (I'm training him for competitions.) and it's almost Winter Holidays here.

Also, over Winter Holidays, I will be traveling to CROATIA. Because why not?

End of Year

Hiya Everyone,

Why has no one been blogging? We have a blog. So that we can blog. So blog.

Yesterday, we down under girls finished high school! It was quite an event, lots of people crying and the like. The night before we had formal and Nira, Hazel and Enesti all looked beautiful. Our mini mes were all sited on the dance floor when Lil' Enesti's song was on, I think one might have almost been squished but they're all ok now, at least I hope they are, Little Zara is busy reading something, looks like a guide book.

I'm keeping this short because I have some stuff to do but I just wanted to say, it's been a fabulous four years and we've all grown up heaps, we don't look about 8 in pictures any more. I don't know what I'd do without you. Have good summers, have fun at college and keep smiling. You too, Rose, just not summer, not just yet.

A Series of Lasts

Hiya Again

The next two weeks are a a series of lasts.

Today we had our last day of playing in band. It was also the last full day of classes. Tomorrow is our final whole school assembly and we sign off on our final grades. Next week, we have formal and a special year 10 assembly and a very last day of high school.

As I said a series of lasts. Hey, that kinda sounds like a book.

Anyway, I hope y'all had a fabulous day wherever you are and whatever you did. My hayfever and I are signing off!

No more weekends spent finishing work, no more evenings spent studying for tests. Well you know, until college.

OMG WE'RE IN COLLEGE NEXT YEAR

Yeah so, I've started putting up christmas lights and I've tidied my room (finally). I am looking forward to the early holidays. (hehehe lolz to you guys that have 2 weeks after us).

Hi Everyone

I'm tired, beyond tired, I'm exhausted.

We Down Under girls finished our assessment last week. We have about 2 days left of classes and then ABW for those of us doing it.

It's almost December so that means it's almost Christmas and a birthday for one of us. Party time no?

A certain long-awaited occasion

So, I just finished watching SEASON THREE EPISODES 1 AND 2 OF MY LITTLE PONY. It was actually not as good as I had hoped. BUT STILL.

In other news, this is my last day of free time for a week or so. I have play rehearsal every day for hours until the 17th, which is the final performance of Under Milk Wood. (Girls, I will try to get a recording of it for y'all.)
After that, I have a week off school for conferences and Thanksgiving. Oh, America.

 Yeah. well I am behind on my homework because I procrastinate

Hehehe, my best form of procrastination is Tv with my Dad or Facebook or you know... my busy life that is slowly draining me of all the energy in the world so bad that i will collapse in a heap and fall asleep (hey that rhymes) for many days and nights... anyway. How are you Hazel?

 I am good, I am moving house so that is stressing me out and I am working which is stupid and they abuse my human rights.

 Moving... when is that again?

 This weekend, the final living there forever date is the 12th.

Eep! *claps happily* thats exciting!

 yeah. Do you have any exciting news?

I have my licence!! and I've had my first driving lesson with Mum... thaty was terrifying.

 Thats cool. I am too young to get my licence. 11 Days until I can get my licence.

Ahhh!!! So exciting. ugh my vocabulary is extremely low... Ah class is finishing (yeah we wrote this in science, what of it?)

 We need to go but this was fun and we both blogged. YAY!
